• Monitor daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Inspect construction work and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Track construction schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, labor, materials, and equipment usage.
