Job Responsibilities 1. Site Coordination & Supervision
Ensure all site works are carried out correctly and in accordance with the designer’s and architect’s intent , drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Supervise and follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper workmanship and timely execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations.
Monitor overall project progress to ensure works are on schedule and projects are completed on time.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective or preventive measures where necessary.
