- 3+ years of technical experience, preferably in melt shop operations or refractory ceramics.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply inventory control processes and standards.
- Experience working in heavy industrial settings with strong adherence to safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP/CRM systems.
Preferred
- Leadership or team coordination experience.
- Experience in melt shop operations, steel manufacturing, or refractory ceramics.
