About the Role
This is a flexible, ABN-based contracting role suited to an experienced construction professional who wants autonomy over their schedule. You will work across multiple active sites in Adelaide, reporting directly to senior management with no fixed hours — you manage your own time and visit sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits across multiple active projects to verify construction progress
- Identify defects, sequencing issues, or subcontractor concerns and report findings to management
- Liaise with subcontractors on-site and assist in coordinating resolutions
- Maintain clear, timely communication with the management team
