We are looking for an experienced Site Controller to lead the financial operations of our site. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory management, financial reporting, and process improvement while working closely with operations and other departments to support profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations for the site, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and payroll coordination.
- Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes; prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Analyze financial results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
