Position Description
The Site Assistant will support the Site Supervisors and construction team in ensuring homes progress efficiently through each construction stage. This role is hands‑on and supports scheduling coordination, site readiness, quality checks, and completion of defined stage tasks to help deliver homes to Cedarglen Homes’ standards. The Site Assistant reports to the Construction Manager and Site Supervisor(s) in each assigned to community/area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Site Supervisors across all construction stages by completing scheduled site‑assistant tasks and maintaining readiness for trade activity and inspections.
- Perform site prep and early‑stage tasks such as utility exposure and basement floor sealing/finishing.
