Supervises the implementation of Architectural Works of the project.
Job Description
- Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection works of the project.
- Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall settingout plans, shop drawings, asbuilt drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.
- Attends and, at certain times, conducts technical meetings and plan review meetings.
- Reviews the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans.
- Reports discrepancies or design issues between the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager and prepares the necessary clarificatory documents.
