MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. We are in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E-mail
- Strong administrative skills and energy in this quick-paced workplace
- Attention to detail and procedure
- Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good people skills and excellent customer service
- The ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
