Responsibilities
- Record hours: Keep track of the hours worked by each employee, including field engineers, workers, and operators.
- Collect data: Gather data about workers and enter it into a spreadsheet.
- Pass data to accounting: Provide the accounting department with data to assess if the project can be completed on time and within budget.
- Review timecards: Ensure that timecards are accurate and complete, and work with employees to resolve errors.
- Approve timecards: Approve timecards by the supervisor approval deadline.
- Prepare payroll reports: Prepare and submit payroll‑related reports on time.
- Maintain employee files: Keep and update employee files.
- Check uniforms and PPE: Ensure that employees are wearing the correct uniform and PPE.
Qualifications
- At least a college level in Business Management or any related field.
- Familiarity with timekeeping.
