The Singapore Operations Trainee Programme is a two-year rotational programme designed to give you a 360‑degree view of the dry bulk shipping industry. You’ll rotate through key departments, gaining hands‑on experience in Operations, Chartering, Bunkers, Freight Trading, and more.

From learning the ropes of vessel operations to negotiating freight contracts, this programme will challenge you, inspire you, and set you on course for a long‑term career in shipping. You’ll work alongside industry experts, build a strong global network, and even spend time onboard one of our vessels to get firsthand experience of life at sea.
