National GRIP is Singapore's national deep-tech venture creation programme, helping researchers build startups from frontier science across AI, biotech, medtech, climate, advanced manufacturing, and beyond. Behind every team is a programme that must run flawlessly—milestones tracked, mentors matched, advisors aligned, and founders supported through the realities of building a company from the lab.
Our mission is to give deep-tech founders the structure, guidance, and momentum to succeed. We are now seeking a full-time (contract) Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of assigned teams and orchestrate the mentors and advisors around them.
