Found Description
Are you driven to turn breakthrough reproductive biology into real cell therapies? Do you believe the aging of an egg is not a fixed endpoint, but an engineering problem waiting to be solved? Do you want to build that science into a company from day one?
We are a founding-stage venture developing novel approaches to rejuvenate reproductive cells through cellular engineering. Backed by the National University of Singapore and grounded in peer-reviewed research published in Nature Aging, we are pioneering a new frontier: restoring egg quality and fertility potential using bioengineered follicular environments.
Our mission is to translate frontier reproductive science out of the lab and into therapies that expand fertility potential worldwide. We are now seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist to join the founding team and build our core biology from the ground up.
🧭 The Opportunity
Join the founding team to design and drive the science behind a new class of fertility therapeutics.
Our platform enables:
- Rejuvenation of reproductive cells through directed cellular engineering
- iPSC reprogramming and differentiation toward germ-cell and oocyte lineages
- Restoration of egg quality via bioengineered follicular environments
- Human 3D culture systems that model follicle and oocyte biology outside the body
- A translational path from published discovery to global fertility products
This is not research for its own sake. We are building the biology that becomes a company, and we want people who move with rigor, urgency, and curiosity.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead experiments across stem cell differentiation, cell therapy, and oocyte rejuvenation in multiple species
- Reprogram, maintain, and differentiate induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) toward germ-cell and oocyte-like lineages
- Develop and optimize human 3D cell culture and bioengineered follicular systems
- Analyze cellular, transcriptomic, and metabolomic data to sharpen and defend core IP
- Co-author manuscripts and contribute to grant writing, IP development, and scientific communication
- Help shape the foundational scientific and technical strategy of the venture
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Developmental Biology, or a related field
- Bring hands-on expertise with induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs): reprogramming, maintenance, and directed differentiation
- Have experience with advanced mammalian cell culture, stem cell biology, and/or follicle and oocyte biology
- Are energized by startup culture and the pace of translational science
- Work independently yet thrive in a tight, collaborative team
- Have presented at conferences or published in high-impact journals
We welcome candidates across experience levels:
- Scientists with a strong technical foundation ready to take real ownership from day one
- Senior Scientists with deep expertise who can lead workstreams and mentor a growing team
Bonus if you:
- Have worked on in vitro gametogenesis, germ-cell specification, or reproductive aging
- Bring experience with organoids, 3D bioprinting, or microphysiological (organ-on-chip) systems
- Are fluent in single-cell transcriptomic or metabolomic analysis
- Are excited by the ownership and equity that come with founding a company
🚀 Why Join?
- Be a founding scientist in a venture tackling fertility from a genuinely new angle
- Translate published, peer-reviewed science into products with global reach
- Do work that could directly impact reproductive health and human aging
- Access scientific and business mentorship, funding, and research infrastructure
- Shape the core IP, and the trajectory, of a high-potential biotech from the ground up
If you're ready to engineer the future of fertility and build it into a company—let's talk.
