Simulated Education Project Coordinator Role

Drive successful project execution as a Project Coordinator in the Simulated Education Unit. This in-person role supports planning, coordination, and simulation-based education activities.
In this key position, you will work closely with the Simulated Education Faculty Lead and the Simulation/Lab Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include developing workflows, maintaining operational processes, and ensuring alignment among academic and technical teams. You will actively communicate with stakeholders, helping to ensure the success of all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities across all phases
• Assist in process and workflow mapping
• Develop standard operating procedures and manuals
• Prepare reports and track project timelines
• Engage with faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners
