Silkscreen Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare silkscreen printing equipment for daily production
• Mix and apply inks according to job specifications and color standards
• Align screens accurately to maintain print consistency and quality
• Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with design standards
• Clean and maintain screens, stencils, squeegees, and printing stations
• Adjust machine settings to optimize output and reduce waste
• Maintain inventory of inks, vinyl, transfer sheets, and other supplies
• Collaborate with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Record job history and maintain documentation of completed work
