Job Description:

Project Management: Lead and manage the NPI process from ideation through commercialization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget aligned to 3M GROW process.

Gate Reviews: The leader is responsible for organizing and conducting gate reviews, which are critical checkpoints in the project lifecycle as per GROW process. They ensure that all necessary deliverables are prepared and available for review by the respective business units at these stages.
