Our client based in Rustenburg is urgently seeking an experienced SIB Project Manager to take the lead on long‑term capital and Stay‑In‑Business projects within a demanding smelter environment. This is a high‑impact, site‑based role suited to a hands‑on professional who thrives in complex operations, brings deep engineering know‑how, and delivers with precision under pressure.
Qualifications Qualified Engineer – GCC preferred. With at least 8 to 10 years working experience – not a recently qualified person Electrical Engineer preferred but will consider mechanical with lots of electrical experience PMP or PPM preferred but will also consider someone with capital project experience working towards a qualification Knowledge of smelters will be an added benefit Knowledge of Stay in Business projects will be an added benefit NEC contract management knowledge is an added benefit Certificate of fitness is a requirement – No Asthma relat...
