Our client based in Rustenburg is urgently seeking an experienced SIB Project Manager to take the lead on long‑term capital and Stay‑In‑Business projects within a demanding smelter environment. This is a high‑impact, site‑based role suited to a hands‑on professional who thrives in complex operations, brings deep engineering know‑how, and delivers with precision under pressure.
Qualifications
- Qualified Engineer – GCC preferred. With at least 8 to 10 years working experience – not a recently qualified person
- Electrical Engineer preferred but will consider mechanical with lots of electrical experience
- PMP or PPM preferred but will also consider someone with capital project experience working towards a qualification
- Knowledge of smelters will be an added benefit
- Knowledge of Stay in Business projects will be an added benefit
