2. 提供企業併購及重組專案諮詢及執行服務
3. 執行公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核服務
4. 執行僑外資、陸資投資、對外投資諮詢及申請服務
5. 租稅優惠申請
Job Conditions
1. 商學相關學系或法律系
2. 有2年以上工作經驗，需俱備工商登記相關經驗
3. 需了解及運用公司法、企業併購法、及各種投資與登記法規，暨執行辦理工商登記案件服務
4. 英文 多益650分以上尤佳
