About the role
This role offers the opportunity to lead a growing short-stay accommodation business while working closely with an experienced Director. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Escapes division, mentor a small team, strengthen relationships with property owners and help drive the continued growth of the portfolio.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a client facing environment and is ready to take the next step into leadership. Supported by an Operations Supervisor and administration team, you will have the opportunity to focus on improving processes, leading people and making a genuine impact on the future of the business.
