Shopify Front-End Support Specialist

Okendo is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Mexico to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for Shopify brands. You will perform front-end development on Shopify storefronts using HTML, Liquid, CSS and JavaScript, install widgets, and address front-end bugs.

This role requires collaborating with the support team, maintaining documentation, and providing proactive technical guidance. You will troubleshoot, respond to merchants via chat and email, and own the customer experience
