Shopfloor Fe Process Engineer (Aguascalientes)

Your Tasks

• Responsible for ensuring that the SMT technologies / projects in his charge produce electronic modules in accordance with general guidelines of technologies introduction within Continental Plants, as well as customer requirement and Automotive Industry normative: IATF Standard Compliance.
• Responsible of following tasks once product reaches G90 (and during remainder of PLC):
• Support on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP******* and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.
• Manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs such as PFY, utilization rate, PpK/Cpk, cycle times, etc.).
• Ensure process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC.
