Shop Technician I - 1 Year Temporary Contract

Primary Role Focus Complete assigned departmental tasks in a safe and timely manner while maintaining quality standards.

This role reports to the Team Lead (MX General).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Follow all Packers Plus policies and procedures Ensure compliance with Packers Plus Health and Safety Program Partner with Team Lead and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for documentation of incidents or safety concerns Attend daily department meetings for communication of the day’s activities, safety updates, and awareness Monitor shop equipment and ensure completion of all preventative maintenance and inspections Perform day-to-day and any assigned tasks with team Complete and be proficient in tasks and roles outlined in OJT (On Job Training) for the assigned role and department(s) Communicate status of projects and tasks to Team Lead Report Non-conformance (NCRs) concerns to the Technician II or Team Lead Assist other departments as required Perform da...
