Position Summary
Location: Edmonton, AB T6B 2J3 – Work is on site.
Compensation: $45.00 hourly. Hours: 35.00 to 40.00 per week. Permanent, full time. Start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Supervise office and volunteer staff (3–4 people)
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: English
- Personal suitability: Efficiency, Hardworking, Organized, Team player, Maturity
