We are seeking a hands-on Shop Foreman to lead daily maintenance operations at our Seeleys Bay facility near Kingston, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong fleet maintenance professional who enjoys leading from the floor, mentoring technicians, and ensuring fleet reliability in a fast-paced transportation environment. We are looking for someone who can balance leadership, organization, and technical expertise while maintaining a strong safety-first culture and ensuring vehicles remain compliant and road-ready.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support technicians, apprentices, and shop personnel
- Coordinate daily workflow, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules
