Molex in Seberang Perai, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets and quality standards are met. This role involves supervising production activities, resolving issues, and promoting operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and ERP/MES systems is essential for success in this role.
