Main Purpose Of The Position: Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.
How You Will Make an Impact: You will contribute to a positive customer experience and ensure efficient sales and stock processes.
Responsibilities
- Counter Sales – Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Warehouse – stock receiving, dispatching, picking off stock, and stock takes.
- Colour Matching
- Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Health and Safety
- Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries
- Stock deliveries to customers
Qualifications
- Minimum of Grade 12
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2–3 years retail experience
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
