Key Responsibilities - Shipping/Receiving Customs Analyst

1. Review import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
2. Responsible for the organization and coordination of all parcel services (Fedex, UPS, DHL etc.).
3. Responsible for all customs activities as needed. (Trade-master paperwork for dunnage daily. Trade-master paperwork for import or export shipments)
4. Support Corporate Logistics with Yearly NAFTA, CUSMA, USMCA
5. Support investigations with CBSA -Canada Border Services Agency (CARM)
6. Understand the Harmonized System and Classify products using the Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes
7. Conduct audits of customs transactions and maintain accurate records.
8. Prepare reports and analyze customs-related data to identify risks, cost savings, and process improvements.
