Shipping Supervisor (Ciudad Apodaca)

Responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the shipping department.

Oversee logistics planners; ensure all orders processed and shipped timely and efficiently.

Maintain direct communication with OTM planners to ensure correct carrier assignments.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the shipping area organized and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Verify that orders are complete and meet customer specifications before release.
• Schedule and assign employees to specific tasks.
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
