**What you will do**:**The Shipping Supervisor will supervise and coordinate distribution center activities which may involve but not limited to inbound, order fulfillment (picking) and shipping operations for finished goods and returned materials.Activities involve leading distribution center associates, processes and systems efficiency to satisfy customer demand while meeting expectations regarding safety compliance, quality, timely delivery, efficiency and cost.
**:**How you will do it**:- **Monitor inventory accuracy to meet physical inventory exemption requirements, analyze data and investigate root causes for inventory variances and lead corrective action implementation as needed.Identify and provide mentorship to employees on as needed basis.
