Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Calgary)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver to manage all aspects of domestic and international shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Receive incoming goods, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and process receiving documentation.
• Arrange and coordinate shipments via courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, etc.), LTL, FTL, air freight, and ocean freight.
• Prepare shipping documents including commercial invoices, bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, export documentation, dangerous goods declarations, and certificates of origin (when required).
• Ensure compliance with TDG regulations, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, customs and international trade requirements, and carrier-specific shipping requirements.
