Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and responsive shipping professional as Manager, Shipping Operations Dept. to lead the Shipping Ops Team and ensure safe operations of a dry bulk fleet.

Job Description :

. To ensure safe and smooth day-to-day operations of vessels chartered in as well as our own vessels.

. To coordinate with the Ship Chartering Team for selecting appropriate vessels from the market, calculating cargo intakes, maximizing stowage, issuing instructions to on-board masters/captains and appointing shipping agents as per operations procedure and company policies.

. In charge of bunkering arrangement, monitoring voyage performances of vessels.

. To evaluate vessels, estimate voyage duration and cargo intakes.

. To provide the updated port information and congestion, including highlighting any possibilities of loss in terms of time or efficiency.
