Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily logistics administration and documentation.
- Process customer orders and input into system for factory execution.
- Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipping documents from factories for export requirements.
- Check freight invoices and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
- Maintain logistics data and support reporting and analysis.
- Arrange and track shipments with freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
- Monitor production progress to ensure on-time shipment readiness.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics& Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.
