Job Responsibilities
- Process customer orders into system.
- Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up delivery order completion and shipment photos.
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders and transporter.
- Follow up on delivery orders and documentation with customers on a timely basis.
- Daily label printing and recording.
- Issue cargo tally sheets.
- Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments for container schedule.
- Plan and update shipping schedule.
- Assist the logistics team with other ad‑hoc duties as required.
- NITEC/Diploma in any discipline.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in Shipping and Logistics.
