Shipping and Logistics Coordinator (Ottawa)

Adecco is currently hiring a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a permanent position with a growing organization that specializes in domestic and international product distribution.

This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of shipping operations, customs documentation, ERP systems, and inventory management.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing customs documentation, tracking freight movements, supporting inventory control activities, and optimizing logistics processes.

You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure products are shipped efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
