Shipping & Administration Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Shipping & Administration Executive to join our team at Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and shipping support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinating shipping and logistics activities, including arranging vessel/truck/air shipment bookings, monitoring delivery schedules, and tracking cargo movement to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparing, verifying, and maintaining shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other related documents.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth import and export operations.
