Join Napoleon as a Shipper-Receiver in Oro-Medonte, where you'll pick, pack, and prepare stock for shipping using RF technology. Your work hours are from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Logistics, this role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience. You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate product handling, troubleshooting inventory issues, and training staff on best practices in packaging and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate scanners to manage product picking and stacking
• Prepare items for shipping with proper packing techniques
• Handle loading and unloading of trucks
• Inspect incoming products for quality and adherence to guidelines
• Generate necessary documentation using WMS
Requirements:
• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in shipping/receiving roles
• Forklift certification preferred
• Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge
