Shipboard Butcher & Meat Prep Specialist

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a skilled Butcher for their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for thawing, butchering, and preparing meats and poultry according to the culinary schedules set by the Head Butcher and Executive Chef.

This position requires a minimum of three years' experience, preferably on a cruise ship or in a luxury setting. The role also includes cleaning and sanitizing work areas and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
