Responsibilities
Shift Supervisors provide coaching, training, and motivation to crew and other supervisors/managers. They plan for each shift using pre-shift tools for all areas, lead informative shift huddles, motivate the team, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet guest demand. They ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s operational standards while monitoring safety, security, and profitability in all areas of the restaurant. They are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
