SHIFT SUPERVISOR with N6/Diploma OR Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in Pulp & Paper/Tissue or FMCG Industry
- Supervisor Development Program - an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
- Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned shifts
- Oversee Maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot any Technical issues
- Co-ordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow
- Willing to Work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when required
