Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations during the day shift, supervises, supports, and trains plant team members in production, maintenance, health and safety, and quality control. The Shift Supervisor coordinates production requirements based on the plan set by the National Operations Manager or designated personnel. This position requires a 12‑hour shift Monday to Thursday and an 8‑hour shift on Friday.
