Shift Process Operator

4 On, 4 Off, working hours are 06:00am – 18:00pm, and 18:00pm – 06:00am

We are seeking a safety‑conscious Shift Process Operator to keep things running smoothly on‑site.

Purpose of the role

The shift process operator is responsible for overseeing the production process of a chemical plant facility. The goal is to monitor equipment and improve the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitoring condition of process
• Data logging and archiving
• Stock management of sufficient resources to deliver planned activity
• Working closely with the Lab Department by taking scheduled samples for lab or on‑plant self‑analysis.
• Use of Data Acquisition software to monitor the condition of process parameters
• Reading instruments and making adjustments to settings as required
