Shift Operations Leader — Drive Safety & Performance

Amazon UAE is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team across shifts at our Dubai sites. You will drive safety, productivity and service levels while addressing day-to-day operational challenges and ensuring adherence to standards.

The role requires 2 years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree (or 2 years of Amazon experience), and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Strong metrics and process-improvement background is expected.
