Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant partners, manage schedules, and supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and lead kitchen staff to achieve high‑quality products and target costs.
• Review daily store performance, handle store funds, and implement cash control procedures to prevent errors.
• Create ways to reduce restaurant expenses and stay within budget.
• Maintain positive employee relations, promote teamwork, and serve as a role model and coach.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery, build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or equivalent.
