Role Overview
We’re looking for a Shift Manager to join our team and help us lead and execute warehouse operations during assigned shifts under Project TOMI. As a Shift Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient inbound, outbound, and transfer activities while achieving operational KPIs and maintaining real-time visibility through SAP S/4 HANA.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
- At least 2 years of supervisory or shift leadership experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory, and transfer operations
- Familiarity with mechanized warehouse operations and throughput management
