FirehouseSubs, founded in 1994 by two firefighters, leads the fast‑casual market with over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. We are opening a new store at #50338UniversityDrive West, Lethbridge,AB, and are recruiting PART‑TIME and FULL‑TIME Team Leaders to manage daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the shift, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly approach.
- Prepare and serve hearty, flavourful subs while maintaining quality standards.
- Model excellent behaviour and uphold restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant.
- Make tough decisions when necessary and learn from outcomes.
- Promote restaurant goals and targets such as speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and upselling.
- Communicate clear expectations and make goal‑achievement enjoyable for the team.
