The Shift Manager, CMC is responsible for executing and supporting day-to-day flight operations during assigned shifts in the Cargojet Movement Control Centre. Reporting to the Manager, CMC Operations and working closely with the Duty Manager, this role ensures accurate flight tracking, operational reporting, and timely communication with internal teams and customers to maintain Cargojet’s network performance and service quality. The Shift Manager is a key member of the frontline operations team, providing hands‑on coordination and system updates in a 24/7 environment.
Job Duties
- Monitor daily flight activity and assist in managing delays, disruptions, and real-time schedule adjustments.
- Support the Duty Manager in coordinating across departments including Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Stations, and Maintenance.
