Responsibilities:
Allocates team activity and resources efficiently in order to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards
Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly
Clearly identifies and segregates non-conforming material while monitoring and maintaining all safety equipment and tools
Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities
Identifies training needs, listens to team members’ feedback, and works to resolve issues or conflicts
