Responsibilities

Adhere to applicable legislation, Yara's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, and the Golden Rules.

Ensure all production activities comply with HESQ standards and practices.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization in production areas.

Report any safety-related incidents, accidents, environmental breaches, hazardous conditions, or near-misses.

Participate actively in incident and accident investigations.

Conduct regular risk assessments for production activities and ensure control measures are implemented.

Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and designated workwear.

Serve as a role model for safety compliance and operational discipline.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team, including supervisors, operators and workers.
