We are hiring a SHIFT LEAD at our Canadian flagship store adjacent to Queens University in Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience.
- Maintain store operations during your shift; communicate relevant information, monitor production efficiency, and hold the team accountable to company standards.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer‑service focused experience.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems.
