Job Description
Key Performance Areas:
- Facilitate parade at the start of shift.
- Facilitate teamwork at the base, by encouraging discussion and informal get togethers.
- Ensure Base, Sluice, Wash Bay and Vehicles are kept neat and tidy.
- Facilitate compliance with PPE policy.
- Ensure reporting of any damages, faults or incidents by following correct channels.
- Ensure that events are coordinated according to the instructions communicated by the events Manager.
- Ensure PRF’s are completed and submitted timeously.
- Ensure that motivations for PRF’s and treatment are completed adequately and timeously before the off days commence.
